You’ve tried everything and nothing works

Countless diets that work for a while but that just aren’t sustainable.  Because sugar just keeps calling to you, never leaving you in peace.  And after a while, you give in, the weight piles back on, your energy flags and you’re back to the drawing board.

In theory it sounds easy enough to do. 
Just stop eating sugar.

So then why is it so damn hard?!  Why are you left feeling guilty, ashamed and not capable or good enough?  There is so much information out there on how to “do it right” that it is overwhelming.  Plus, you’ve tried everything and nothing seems to work.  So naturally you start to think that your cravings, having high blood sugar levels, being overweight and low in energy is your destiny.  There is actually nothing you can do about it.  This is the way you are built.

I’m Susan Giger (or Susie as most people know me). 

After years of working in a corporate job I retrained as a certified Level 5 Health and Wellness Coach.

I have the amazing honour to help men and women over 40 to get rid of their sugar cravings and sugar addiction, get back to healthy blood sugar levels and in the process lose weight and watch their energy come roaring back.

It is dear to my heart because I used to be that person. That person whose first thought in the morning was about what I should eat and how long I had to work out to keep the calories at bay, that struggled with sugar cravings all day, that constantly thought about food and when I would “allow” myself the next sweet treat, that couldn’t shift the stubborn pounds, that felt guilty about giving in to my cravings, that was tired most of the time. I could go on…

 There is so much information out there about how to “be healthy” that it is overwhelming.  How I wish that what I know now I could have known 20 years ago.  Learning how to balance my blood sugar and in the process overcome my cravings has changed my life radically.  

I am committed to helping others break the cycle of cravings for good so that they can feel free again, lose weight, gain energy, and keep their blood sugar levels on an even keel. I am committed to helping others take back control of their health to sail through middle age and beyond.
